We believe it is vitally important you know you are dealing with a reputable and responsible company. To this end are make a number of commitments to you so you may be assured and reassured in all your dealings with us:

1) We are always at your service:

- You will have an English Speaking helpline number, so that if your hotel, guide or local representative cannot help you, you will always be able to call us.

- You will know in advance the names of people or local operators meeting you at airports, train stations and other points of transfer. You will have landline or cellular telephone numbers and our 24 hour helpline just in case there is an issue. These people will have sign with your name on it so you cannot end up being confused.

- We will meet with you at your hotel, or elsewhere if you wish, to ensure you are fully informed of your itinerary, times of your tours and everything else you need to know so you can simply relax and enjoy your time here to the fullest extent

2) We will honour our commitments:

- We will meet you at the times we agree (unless emergencies happen elsewhere)

- We will always telephone you at the agreed times

- We will issue our Tour Proposals, Itineraries and Confirmations at the agreed times

- All information issued will be timely and accurate

- If for any reason a refund is required we will provide this promptly within the confines of our terms and conditions.

3) We will be flexible:

- If you wish to change any part of your tour at any time (even when you are on tour) we will try to help you, within our terms and conditions, availability and time constraints. We will also charge the minimum necessary for these changes, If no additional charges are necessary then those changes to your itinerary will be provided free.

4) Privacy Policy:

- We adhere to a strict Privacy Policy to protect your interests

5) Charity donations:

- We support a charity for street kids in Lima and some details can be seen on our Peru site at www.escapedtoperu.com. By buying a vacation, travel service or gift from us you are helping these kids have better start in life.
