Arriving
in the small town of El Calafate you will find yourself
at the gateway a majestic land ruled by glaciers.
The Glaciers National Park covers an area of some
600,000 hectares with 47 glaciers, such as the Viedma,
the Moyano, the Marconi, the Upsala, the Agassiz,
the Bolado, the Onelli, the Peineta, the Spegazzini,
the Mayo, the Ameghino, the Moreno and the Frías.
El
Calafate can be visited as a stand alone journey or
as part of a larger Argentinian or South American
voyage encompassing other parts of the country and
continent. Our tours use a bus fleet for the excursions,
modern boats and expert bilingual guides for day trips
to the glaciers or longer expeditions such as trekking
across the glaciers from one side to the other. We
recommend you spend at least two days in the area
to see 2 or 3 glaciers, maybe trekking on the Perito
Moreno using crampons, which is a great experience.
A
trip to this beautiful destination is one you will

and let us include this portion in your dream vacation.
